1. Scourge – कोड़ा
Meaning – a person or thing that causes great trouble or suffering.
Usage – “the scourge of mass unemployment”

Meaning: To express an idea fluently and coherently.

Hindi Translation: शब्दाडंबर
Meaning: Usage more words than required.

3.Prudent (adjective)
Hindi Translation: नीतिज्ञ, विवेकी
Meaning: Acting with or showing care and thought for the future.
Memory Tip: Prudent sounds like “Proud student”. A proud student is good with previous marks and careful about future marks in exams.
Usage: While the previous kings ruled with idealism, he was prudent in his administration.

Meaning: Occurring at irregular intervals or only in a few places.
Memory Tip: Sporadic is the opposite of periodic. Periodic things regularly occur after a particular period.

Meaning: The characteristic spirit of a culture, era or community as manifested in its attitudes and aspirations.
Memory Tip: Ethos sounds like “At Horse”. Looking at a Horse shows you the characteristic of speed in animals. 
Usage: The Indian ethos has always been multicultural.

Meaning: To break into small parts, to split.

Hindi Translation: शिष्टाचार
Meaning: Suitability of presentation to the requirements of a person, rank, or occasion.
