Meaning: Critical explanation or interpretation of literarture.
Memory Tip: Exe + ge + sis → Explain + great + thesis→ To explain so greatly that the explanation itself looks like a thesis.
Use in Sentence: The students were asked to write an exegesis of Romeo and Juliet.
